Booking & Cancellation
Thank you for choosing to book your appointment. Please note that the deposit you provide is a non-refundable fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the time I dedicate to your appointment, especially in cases of cancellation or no-show.
Treatments are often scheduled well in advance, and it can be challenging to fill a last-minute opening. Therefore, I must emphasize that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances or notice given. Please ensure you are certain about your appointment time to avoid disappointment and to respect everyone's time.
In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded.
Refunds
When you purchase a package or special offer, please understand that these fees are also non-refundable. However, you may use your credit within 12 months. I encourage you to carefully consider any packages or offers before making a purchase, as refunds for individual treatments within a package will not be provided.
If you opt for a package treatment and decide to spread the sessions over multiple appointments, you are committing to complete the course as a whole without the possibility of a refund for any part.
Once a treatment is completed, I am unable to issue refunds. However, I am always here to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
